A: I really leave it up to my client. Some like me to bill them by the hour, some by the project and some by the word (primarily for feature articles).

Q: What is your hourly rate? 

A: $80/hour.

Q: What is your turnaround time for projects?  

A: It really depends on the project, but I can usually get at things pretty quickly depending on current workload. We’ll cover this subject when we talk about your project and time requirements. Since I have a newspaper background, I’m good on deadline.

Q: What is your return policy for books? 

A: If the book does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
